Do I need planning permission from my garden room?

Buildings such as garden rooms fall under Class E.

Development is not permitted if;

a. The garden room would exceed 50% of the total area of the land.

b. The garden room would have more than a single storey.

c. The height of the garden room exceeds 3 metres.

d. The height of the garden room exceeds 2.5 metres being 2 metres from the boundary of the land.
